This writ petition was filed challenging inaction on the part of the Kushbasan Gram Panchayat, DistrictPaschim Medinupur in granting trade licence to the petitioner to run his poultry farm.

Today, Mr. Acharyya, learned Advocate for the petitioner has filed a copy of a computer generated trade licence/trade registration certificate. Such certificate shows that the trade registration certificate has been issued for the years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. The date of registration is July 2, 2023 and the date of issue is July 3, 2023. Mr. Acharyya contends that his client's grievance has been met. The writ petition is disposed of without any orders.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
