Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is presently practicing as a doctor within the jurisdiction of Murshidabad Police District.

Earlier petitioner was meeting the concerned Officer-inCharge of Berhampore Police Station. But subsequently said condition has been modified and petitioner was meeting the Officer-in-Charge, Belgharia Police Station once in a month. Report submitted by the State reflects that the case has been transferred to ADJ, 1st Court, Berhampore on 29.07.2025 and the next date has been fixed on 09.01.2026. Having regard to the fact that the case has very recently been transferred to the learned Sessions Judge, I am of the opinion that the condition so imposed be retained subject to the factum that the petitioner shall once in a month meet with

the Officer-in-Charge/Inspector-in-Charge of Berhampore Police Station or any officer deputed by him (it has been submitted that it would be convenient for the petitioner to meet the Inspector-in-Charge/Officer-in-Charge, Berhampore Police Station instead of the Officer-in-Charge of Belgharia Police Station).

So far as the other conditions are concerned, the same are retained till further order of this Court. With the aforesaid observations CRAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
