For the State The interim bail was granted on March 8, 2021 on the condition that the petitioner shall reside outside the jurisdiction of the Ranitala police station except for attending the Trial Court on the dates specified for hearing.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that a report through the Officer-in-Charge of the Ranitala Police Station dated February 14, 2022 where the Officer-inCharge states that although, the petitioner was residing outside the jurisdiction of Ranitala Police Station for a period, the petitioner is residing at his another house within the Ranitala police station for the last two months. In such circumstances, in view of the fact that the petitioner did not complied with the conditions of the interim bail, we are unable to extend the period thereof. Considering the conduct of the petitioner subsequent to the interim bail being granted, prayer for bail is rejected and CRM 748 of 2021 is dismissed.
