Mr. Samiran Giri Mr. Sunil Baran Chanda Ms. Madhumita Patra ... For the petitioner This application has been filed with a prayer for early disposal of the application under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure which is pending since 13th April, 2022.

At the time of hearing, Mr. Samiran Giri, learned advocate, on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the next date has been fixed on 2nd March, 2023 for hearing of the application under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, I request the learned 5th Civil Judge (Senior Division), Alipore, South 24Parganas, in connection with Title Suit No.325 of 2021, to dispose of the application under Order VI Rule 17 filed on 13th April, 2022 positively on 2nd March, 2023 already fixed for hearing of that application.

With the above observation, the revisional application, being CO 237 of 2023, stands disposed of.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court without insisting upon production of a certified copy thereof.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
