30.07.2021 Item no.13 Ct. No.34 CHC C.R.R. No.167 of 2011 IA NO: CRAN/1/2011 (Old No: CRAN/244/2011) (Via Video Conference) In Re: An application under Sections 397/401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

AND In the matter of:- Prodip Kumar Singha ... petitioner The revisional application was preferred against the order dated 31.05.2010, passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Contai, Purba Medinipur, in Case No. M-42 of 2006, wherein the learned Magistrate was pleased to award maintenance of Rs.2,000/- per month to the wife/opposite party no.2 and Rs.1,000/- per month to the daughter. The present petitioner happens to be the husband and is aggrieved by such order.

Records of the revisional application reflects that although the revisional application was preferred in the year 2011 but till date same has not been admitted.

Having regard to the fact that the revisional application is pending for about ten years, I am of the view that no interference is required at this belated stage.

Accordingly, C.R.R.167 of 2011 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is hereby disposed of. All parties shall act in terms of copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
