Learned advocate Mr. Pahari appeared before this Court to conduct the appeal on behalf of the ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. Erroneously and inadvertently the name of Mr. Pahari appearing on behalf of the ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. (appellant) was not mentioned in the order dated 22.11.2023. Hence, it is required to note down the presence of learned advocate Mr. Parimal Kumar Pahari

on behalf of the appellant in ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. in FMA 4576 of 2016.

This order be made a part of the order dated 22.11.2023.
