And In Re : Krishna Chandra Saha ...... petitioner Mr. Shakti Chakraborty Ms. Rituparna Das ....for the petitioner Mr. Ranabir Roychowdhury Mr. Sandip Chakraborty ....for the State There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioner in making false claim before the bank. Need for custodial interrogation of the petitioner cannot be overlooked.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 343 of 2023 is dismissed.
