By the impugned order, the learned Tribunal directed fresh service to be effected upon the respondents and to file affidavit of service to such effect. There is no material on record to suggest that the order dated November 29, 2022 was complied with. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant the relief of a direction, as prayed for.

WPLRT 12 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
