Soumitra Das v. Gunjan Das @ Dutta & ANR

19.09.2022 Ct. 30 Sd./20 CRR 89 of 2019 Report of the Deputy Registrar has been filed wherein it has been stated that the petitioner Soumitra Das has expired on 25.05.2019. A copy of the death certificate along with the report has been filed. As such the administrative notice could not be served due to his death.

Considering the said circumstances, the present case abates and the CRR 89 of 2019 thus being infructuous is dismissed.

CRR 89 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of.
