The petitioner complains that Deganga Police Station has not been able to enforce the order dated 10th May, 2016 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), First Court at Barasat in T.S. No. 293 of 2016.

Subject to the order subsisting as on date, Deganga Police Station shall ensure that the possession of the property is not disturbed by the private respondents.

Deganga Police Station shall maintain regular vigil of the said premises and respond to any further complaint of the petitioner in this regard.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
