Inadvertent typographical error has been crept into order dated 16th July, 2025 in the third paragraph at page 5 mentioning the writ petition number as 'WPA 1549 of 2023' instead of 'WPA 1549 of 2024'.

Let the writ petition number in order dated 16th July, 2025 be read as 'WPA 1549 of 2024' in place of 'WPA 1549 of 2023' in third paragraph at page no. 5. The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent. The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

This order shall form part of order dated 16th July, 2025.
