Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. He highlights the fact that the first information report was lodged six months after the alleged incident falsely implicating the petitioner. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim girl. Considering the gravity of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner therein as appearing from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
