Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody in excess of 315 days.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary including the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as appearing from the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
