The Report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Bantra Police Station, Howrah dated 19.12.2023 through the office of the learned Registrar Administration ( L & OM) stated that appellant No.1 i.e. Amitabha Sinha @ Singha has expired on 17.01.2022 and appellant No.2 i.e. Niva Sinha @ Singha has expired on 26.01.2017 respectively supported by a copy of the death certificate. Let the said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant appeal gets abated and disposed of accordingly.
