Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the writ petition has already become infructuous in view of the judgment dated December 11, 2020 rendered in WPA 9597 of 2019.

None appears for the State respondents.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 934 of 2020 stands dismissed as infructuous.
