No. 13, Mouza Gopalnagar, Police Station Singur, District Hooghly.

It appears that the petitioner is aware that the construction is being undertaken in accordance with the sanctioned plan granted by the Panchayat. This fact is evident from his representation dated 25.11.2025, appearing at page 43 of the writ petition. The petitioner, however, contends that the sanctioned plan was obtained without effecting the conversion of the land classification from Agriculture to Bastu. Since the construction has admittedly been carried out in accordance with the sanctioned plan,

this Court finds no justification to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, W.P.A. 1917 of 2026 stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to take appropriate steps to challenge the sanctioned plan in accordance with law.

Liberty is also granted to the petitioner to correct the address of respondent no.8 as appearing in the cause title of the writ petition.
