Petitioners seek relaxation of the condition of bail granted on April 12, 2021.

Considering the fact that the petitioners complied with the conditions of the grant of bail as appearing from the report dated April 12, 2021 filed by the police, which be taken on record and considering the fact that the police filed charge-sheet, we waive the requirement of the petitioners to meet the Officer-in-Charge of the police station once a week as directed by the order dated April 12, 2021. All other conditions of the bail granted on April 13, 2021 will remain the same.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.
