Petitioner seeks bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated due to political rivalry. The petitioner is in custody in excess of ten months. The police submitted charge sheet and, therefore, further detention of the petitioner is not required.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the prayer for bail of another co-accused who was standing on the same footing as that of the petitioner was rejected by this Hon'ble Court in CRM (DB) 392 of 2022 by order dated

February 14, 2022. He submits that there are close circuit television footage of the incident implicating the petitioner. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that there are close circuit television footage implicating the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (DB) 276 of 2022 is dismissed.
