The department in its report dated 2nd March, 2023 has stated that the appellant has not complied with the order dated 20th February, 2002. They have not deposited the postal requisites for service of notice of appeal upon the respondent nos. 1 and 2. Although the appellant is aware of non-compliance of the order dated 20th February, 2002 and have sufficient notice of such non-compliance no attempt has been made for the last 20 years to remove the defects.

The record shows that several opportunities have been given to the appellant to remove the defects.

In view thereof SA 562 of 1991 stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 20th February, 2002.
