report has been filed by Bishnupur Municipality. The report suggests that the petitioner as well as respondent nos.6 and 7 have raised unauthorised construction without any permission from the Municipality.

In view of the aforesaid, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction upon the Municipality to take steps with regard to the unauthorised construction carried out by the petitioner as well as respondent nos.6 and 7 in accordance with law.

The Municipality, before arriving at any decision, shall give an opportunity of hearing to the parties.

With the aforesaid direction, WPA 1684 of 2023 is disposed of.
