Bihani, Mr. Jyoti Prakash Chatterjee ...for the University It is the grievance of the petitioner that though he successfully executed some tender works in between 20232024 for Burdwan University, the University has not paid his bills.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the University submits that the payment of the petitioner is under active consideration of the University and it is expected that within a period of two months the legitimate dues of the petitioner shall be released in accordance with law. In that view of this matter, nothing further remains to be decided in this writ petition.

Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of giving a direction upon the University to disburse the legitimate amount payable to the petitioner within a period of three months from date.

Accordingly, WPA 1766 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if

applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
