Ali ..... for HM of Madrasah The petitioner was aggrieved by the act of the Court No. 24 14.02.2022 (Item No. 89) (AB) Madrasah in not issuing the "No Objection Certificate" required for General Transfer. The petitioner applied for General Transfer 2021 in the online mode.

The learned advocate representing the Madrasah submits that during pendency of the writ petition the "No Objection Certificate" has been issued in favour of the petitioner.

As it appears that the "No Objection Certificate" has already been issued in favour of the petitioner, no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ application.

The Madarasah Service Commission shall take into consideration the "No Objection Certificate" issued in favour of the petitioner by the Madrasah and take necessary steps for enlisting the name of the petitioner in the final list meant for General Transfer.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
