From the report we find that the missing girl has been recovered by the Police. She has recorded her statement before the Judicial Magistrate to the effect that she left the house on her own since her parents used to torture her and did not provide sufficient food.

We are told by learned Advocate for the State that the girl is now residing with her parents.

In view of the recovery of the girl, we see no reason to keep this writ petition for habeas corpus pending. WPA (H) 9 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of.
