Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the learned Special Court has already adhered to the earlier direction passed in connection with the instant case. The seizure list witnesses have been examined.

On the other hand learned advocate for the State submits that out of 12 witnesses 8 witnesses have been examined. The seizure list witnesses have supported the case of the prosecution. Having considered the same, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for releasing the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 179 of 2026 is dismissed.

Learned trial Court would expedite the process of law so that the case is disposed of within a reasonable period of time.
