Ms. Joyee Maiti ....for the petitioners This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 2nd Court at Baruipur to dispose of Title Suit No.202 of 2021 expeditiously.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the suit is otherwise ready for hearing.

This Court finds that December 18, 2024 was fixed for appearance of the defendant Nos.2A, 2B and 2C. The learned trial judge in its order dated November 13, 2024 has recorded that the service upon the defendant Nos.2A, 2B and 2C is a good service.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 257 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 2nd Court at Baruipur shall make an endeavour to dispose of the pending interlocutory applications as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. There will be no order as to costs.
