...For the State Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authority in respect of his representation dated 19th February, 2023, having been not considered. I have considered the last paragraph of the information which was submitted with the Officer-inCharge, Kolaghat police station. Learned advocate for the State submitted a report. The report reflects that earlier an information was furnished pursuant to which Kolaghat P.S.

Case No.623/22 was registered for investigation.

After completion of investigation charge-sheet was submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that difference and dispute are purely civil in nature and as such writ petition may be dismissed. Be that as it may, I have considered the prayers advanced by the petitioners and I find that the petitioners are much more worried about the differences, interferences as well as the peaceful ambience in respect of the debutter property is concerned.

In view of the aforesaid contentions, I direct the Officer-in-Charge, Kolaghat police station to keep a strict vigil and to ensure that no breach of the peace takes place at the locale and/or any untoward incident crops up because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioners and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA/1596/2024 is disposed of.

Report, so submitted, is kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, on priority basis, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
