The petitioner participated in the 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Upper Primary Level of Schools) for appointment in the post of Assistant Teachers for the subject Geography.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though she is entitled to but was not called for personality test. The commission in its report has disclosed the score of the petitioner in the Selection Test was less than the score of the last candidate called for personality test in her category.

The petitioner has not availed the opportunity of filing an exception to the said report.

The Commission has not committed any error in not calling the petitioner for personality test.

W.P.A. 1699 of 2023 for the aforesaid reason fails and is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
