This appeal filed in 2009 is still pending for admission. It appears from orders dated 16.04.2012 and 13.03.2023 that this court gave direction to the appellant to remove the defects. It appears from the office note that without official seal and serial number and, as such, it could not be calculated by the department whether it is filed in time or not. No step has been taken by the appellant to remove the defect pointed out by the office during last fourteen years.

None appears for the appellant even today on call. Accordingly, this appeal is not admitted and as such dismissed.
