The petitioner by the instant writ petition is praying that since he has enhanced his qualification, the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Bankura, the respondent no. 3 herein, may be directed to grant Post Graduate Scale of Pay to the petitioner.

The representation of the petitioner dated January 09, 2023 for such relief is pending before the respondent no. 3.

The writ petition is, therefore, pre-matured. The respondent no. 3, however, is directed to dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated January 09, 2023 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

W.P.A. 1697 of 2023 is disposed of with the above observations without any order as to costs.
