Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the prayer for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to other co-accuseds made in the same police case at the behest of the petitioner, was rejected on February 15, 2022 in CRM (DB) 279 of 2022.

The private opposite parties are represented. In the facts of the present case, the learned sessions Judge after considering the materials on record and the case diary including the statement recorded, medical and other available documents, nature of allegation and the injury,

allowed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the private opposite parties.

It is contended that the nature of injury of the victim is such that anticipatory bail ought not to have been granted. We perused the case diary including the injury report of the victims. The injuries are not grievous. In such circumstances, we do not find any material irregularity in the order granting anticipatory bail to the private opposite parties warranting interference of this Hon'ble Court.
