Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey ......For the WBCSSC This is an application filed by the petitioner for sitting in the interview for recruitment to the post of assistant teacher (Bengali) in Upper Primary Level of Schools, 2016.

The petitioner has submitted that she qualified in the examination but she could not come to know about the matter because she stays in a remote village.

After the interview for the post of assistant teacher in Bengali in Upper Primary Level of Schools, crores and crores of cusec of water has flown all over the rivers under the sky and now in this matter the court cannot pass any order as it is a much delayed claim. The petitioner had made a representation and the date of hearing was fixed on 16.08.2021 but she

could not appear in the said hearing.

This court do not find any merit in the writ application and the same is dismissed.
