Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. By this writ petition, petitioner has made a very innocuous prayer of direction upon the Co-operative Election Commission authority concerned for holding election in question.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 1702 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the West Bengal Co-operative Election Commission/ respondent No.2 to initiate and expedite the process of election in question of the Society in accordance with law and conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.
