The respondent no. 5 is represented and relies on an order dated January 14, 2021 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WPCRC 3 of 2021 and WPCRC 4 of 2021. It is further submitted on behalf of the respondent no. 5 that pursuant to an earlier order of Court passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court the election process is in progress and the respondent no. 5 is taking steps to implement the order dated January 14, 2021. It is further alleged that the petitioner is trying to stall the entire election process by filing this writ petition. There are serious allegation against the writ petitioner.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the respondent no. 5 and in view of the order dated January 14, 2021 I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. It appears that the petitioner has filed this writ petition with oblique motive and ulterior purpose. There is no merit in the case of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, WPA 2002 of 2021 stands dismissed without any order as to costs.
