This matter has come up at the instance of the THURSDAY Court : 08 Item : DL-05 Matter : MAT Status : CORRECTION Bench ID : 266006 Transcriber : SAYANDEEP appellant for correction of the judgment dated 31.07.2024 wherein in the fourth line of second paragraph at page 4, the word "Jhargram" has been wrongly typed instead of "Purba Medinipur".

2. Such mistake being apparent and ministerial in nature, office is directed correct such mistake as pointed out.

3. This order may be read conjointly with the judgment dated 31.07.2024.
