The writ petitioner complains of violation of the order dated 17.08.2021.

The alleged contemnor/writ petitioner, Mira Mitra is present in Court. Her personal presence is dispensed with. It is submitted that the petitioner's daughter in law, Durga Mitra has violated the order dated 17.08.2021, by bringing her paramour, the respondent no. 6 into the house of the writ petitioner.

The applicant daughter-in-law undertakes before this Court again that she will not allow the respondent no. 6 to enter her house. The applicant shall also behave herself and not consume alcohol inside the house or come back in any inebriated condition.

These submissions are of no

consequence now. She shall stay away for the time being.

The appropriate Court under the D. V. Act of 2005 shall decide the question of right of the petitioner to reside in the matrimonial house as expeditiously as possible.

The right of the applicant, Durga Mitra, to reside in the matrimonial house shall abide by the decision of the D. V. Court as well.

The contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be given to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
