In Re: CRAN 1 of 2026 Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner/applicant submits that the present condition imposed is creating hardship for the present petitioner.

So far as the condition imposed on 18.02.2025 while releasing the petitioner on bail, the condition is modified to the extent that so far as the condition of staying within the jurisdiction of Bagdah Police Station is concerned, the same is waived. However, the condition to meet the Inspector-in-Charge, Bagdah Police Station once in a week would continue till further orders of this Court.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
