However, the application which forms the crux of the petitioner's case is not a part of the present writ petition.

The writ petition is admittedly contains statements which are contradictory to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner. WPA 1569 of 2022 is accordingly dismissed.

The writ petitioner shall be at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
