Parties are represented and have no objection to the proposed corrections.

Accordingly, on the prayer of the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the NHAI in the last line in the first page of the order dated 02.09.2021 the words "the entire amount stated in the said document" be replaced by the words "the entire amount relating to the entire mouza as per Section 3H(2) of the National Highways Act, 1956". Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 02.09.2021.

The Department is directed to make necessary correction accordingly.
