Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that on 17th February, 2026, date has been fixed for consideration of charges.

Having considered the totality of the circumstances, I am of the view that the learned Special Court would release the petitioner on bail after the stage of consideration of charge is over on such conditions as it deems fit and proper for ensuring appearance of the present petitioner in course of the trial.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM (NDPS) 172 of 2026 is disposed of.
