1. The petitioner is not represented and the reason for non-appearance of the petitioner after the filing of the writ petition is now well understood as the allegations are found to be frivolous.

2. The report filed on behalf of the respondent no. 13 and the respondent no. 10 and 11 shows that there has been no breach of the Municipal Laws and the Fire Safety recommendation has been issued in favour of the agency associated in the

said premises. On such consideration the writ petition stands dismissed.

However, the affidavits in these proceedings are also dismissed.
