Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner subm its that he received a notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure. He submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

It appears from the materials available in the petition that the police case relates to a fraud committed on the internet in respect of a bank account.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

CRM (A) 473 of 2022 is rejected.
