Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Yesterday, when the matter was taken up, an advocate representing the de facto complainant was present in Court along with the de facto complainant. Today, such advocate is not appearing.

State is represented. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the police tried to apprehend the petitioner and conducted raids. Warrant of arrest was also issued. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 474 of 2022 is dismissed.
