The instant revision has been filed against an order passed in Misc.Case No.65 of 2009 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court at Asansol by which the learned Magistrate allowed the application under Section 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and directed the respondent No.1/petitioner to pay monetary relief @ Rs.1,500/- per month as interim measures.

The impugned order is appealable under Section 29 of the P.W.D.V. Act, 2005. Therefore, the instant revision is not maintainable. Accordingly, the instant revision is dismissed.
