A fresh report has been submitted by Mr.

24.04.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.16 Rakib Banerjee, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the State. Report reflects that reference of G.D. Entry number was inadvertently scribed in the earlier report. The correct G.D. Entry number would be G.D. Entry No. 1087 dated 17.01.2025. On an assessment of the accusations made in the writ petition and the report so submitted, I find that the petitioner has already pleaded guilty before the learned ACJM, Contai and to that extent he was sentenced to fine of Rs.30/-.

Having considered that the petitioner has already accepted his guilt the present prayers in the writ petition is not acceptable as the same seems to use the Court as a machinery for wreaking vengeance against the police authorities who were discharging their duties. As the report do satisfy and rebut the contentions of the petitioner further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 1819 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
