Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that on her land, pathway has been created and she has been subjected to unnecessary interference because of the disturbance created by the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the State is present.

I have considered the subject matter of the representation and I find that the representation was sent on or about 18.01.2024. Having regard to the time period which has passed, I direct that in case there are inconveniences faced by the petitioner so far as the insecurity is concerned, police authorities would take appropriate steps. However, so far as the issue relating to pathway and or any other civil dispute is concerned as it has been informed that the Civil Suit is pending, police authorities will await for a direction from the Civil Court. Police authorities would oversee that no untoward

incident results because of the strained relationship existing amongst the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 1608 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
