1. Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record.

2. Leave is granted to the learned advocate representing the petitioners to correct the affidavit of service in order to describe the said affidavit appropriately not as 'supplementary affidavit' but as 'affidavit of service'.

3. Petitioners have questioned memo dated 13th November, 2024 whereby Chief Administrative Officer ICAR, Central Institute of Fresh Water Aquaculture rejected the case of the petitioner. It is also submitted that such order dated 13th November, 2024 was passed in terms of the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack dated 1st August,

2024 passed on O.A. No. 260/00069 and 74 of 2022.

4. Question arises for consideration why petitioners have not approached Central Administrative Tribunal ventilating their grievance.

5. Learned advocate representing the petitioners prays for leave to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal questioning memo dated 13th November, 2024.

6. Union of India is represented by learned advocate.

7. Having considered the submission made on behalf of the petitioners, writ petition stands dismissed.

8. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioners to approach Central Administrative Tribunal questioning memorandum dated 13th November, 2024 in accordance with law.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
