The petitioners agree to the proposal of the respondents for transfer of the property in question in favour of the petitioners who are the legal heirs of the original allottee. In view of the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

However, it is expected that the respondents shall transfer the property in favour of the petitioners within one month from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with law. The writ petition is thus disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.
