The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the Baduria Police Station, Basirhat PD, North 24 Parganas. It is submitted that the private respondents have assaulted her and are trying to dispossess her from her land.

Officer-in-Charge, Baduria Police Station, Basirhat PD, North 24 Parganas has submitted a report in the form of instructions to State Advocate and the same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that there is a longstanding land dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. In connection with the said dispute, the parties have often confronted each other. There have been regular scuffles between the parties. The Baduria Police Station appears to intervene every time that there is a scuffle in respect of the dispute with regard the land in question. Prosecution has also been

taken up from time to time under Section 107 of the CrPC.

This Court notes that the dispute between the parties is purely civil in nature.

The writ petitioner has also suppressed having filed WP 2891 of 2021 earlier.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the writ petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
