The petitioner seeks inter-district transfer on self medical grounds.

In the circumstances, the D.P.S.C., Uttar Dinajpur shall obtain the medical opinion of the petitioner from the CMOH, Uttar Dinajpur and forward the same along with comments to the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. Upon receipt of the medical opinion of the petitioner and if satisfied, the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. shall take an appropriate decision thereon, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The Writ petition being WPA 1864 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
