This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for early disposal of the suit as well as interlocutory application filed therein.

Considering the nature of the prayer, I find no reason to ask the petitioners to serve notice upon the opposite parties and service upon the opposite parties is thus dispensed with.

Considering this facts and circumstances, learned Civil Judge, (In charge), 3rd Court (In Charge), Alipore is requested to dispose of all the interlocutory applications as well as Title Suit No. 132 of 2019, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties to the suit, unless there is extreme urgency.

Petitioners are directed to make communication of this order to the learned Civil Judge, (In charge), 3rd Court (In Charge), Alipore.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
